The Priefert Panel walker is the Cadillac of free walkers. Honestly, there is no other horse walker on the market that is as advanced as the Priefert Panel Walker system. It is the walker used by World Champions such as Al Dunning, Martha Josey, Brittany Pharr, and Trevor Brazil.
The Priefert Panel Walker eliminates the need to tie your horses to the walker so they are able to move about more freely. Horses that have never even been in a walker before have become trained to use the walker literally within minutes.
With low impedance electrically charged, free-swinging divider panels horses that have a tendency to lag behind are encouraged to keep pace. Each of these divider panels is made of heavy duty 2"x 2" 4 gauge wire mesh and the electrical charge is optionally activated at the control box.

Another great feature of the Priefert Panel Walker is the walker round pen. Take a closer look and you will see the extra attention to detail, safety, and strength that you will only find with Priefert. For starters our panels are curved for the specific diameter required; this creates a perfect circle for the walker to operate within. Each curved panel is a full 6’ tall and made of heavy-duty 16 gauge 2” diameter tubing. There are no sharp edges, misplaced connectors, or places for an animal to hang up. Solid bottom sheeting keeps the dirt in the tack and eliminates leg traps as well. The inner and outer round pens feature a convenient gate with sliding latch.
Our panels can be ordered with horizontal rails or 2”x 2” heavy, 4 gauge wire mesh. For the budget minded individual, Priefert also offers Premiere Curved Panel Round Pens. These round pens are made from our HorseSafe© Premiere Panels, which feature j-legs for stability, fish hooks to eleminate leg traps, chain connectors for easy hookup, and 4'x 7' 5" bow gates. Every Premiere Panel is curved to form a perfect circle, just like our standard solid bottom panels.
Both the Solid Bottom Panels and the Premiere Curved Panels can also be purchased for use as a standard round pen.

Adjustable Drag
Save time in maintenance and improve the consistency of your ground with Priefert’s optional adjustable drag and sprinkler systems. The drag attaches to the walker’s arms and can be adjusted to move dirt from inside to out or outside to in depending upon the need. It can be adjusted to work effectively from either direction. By eliminating ruts with the drag, the conditioning track will be more consistent and improve the effects of the overall workout.
Sprinkler System
Priefert’s sprinkler system enhances the drag’s effectiveness and keeps the ground moist to eliminate dust. Just attach any outdoor water hose to the walker’s sprinkler hookup and you are ready to go. Both add-ons are a great addition to any Panel Walker system.
